One of the downsides of having built structures, is that they break down. This requires repairs, costing you some hard earned cash for seemingly no reason at all. Actually is not all that bad. Your structures still earn you a profit in the long run! Also, you might get lucky and have on of your repairmen find a stash of money hidden inside the structure. But as this only rarely happens, it is not taken into account below.
The repair time is half of the time a structure takes to accumulate all of its income which remains constant for each upgrade. Exception are the Business Center and the Bank, which reduces the collection time by an hour for each upgrade, so their repair time decreases 30 minutes with every upgrade.
The repair costs go up by 20% with each upgrade. The reconstruction of the Atlas Hotel costs 45 piastres. Structures not listed below need no repairs.
