Obvious[]
I think the purpose of the No Road Category was to quickly know whether a Land structure needed to connect to road or not, in part to be able to pick a structure to fill a corner space, or just to know whether you need road built before buying and placing a structure.
It is an obvious given that no Beach or Water structure needs road..., and when looking to fill a no-road space on land, the water structure in this list seem a bit silly.
I've added Water, Beach, Decorations, Monuments, Utilities and Gifts as sub-categories of No Roads, quickly highlighting to anyone looking at this page that every structure in those categories requires no road. Would anyone have any problem if I removed the "No Road" category from the individual non-Land structures and remove the "Road? No" row from their Infoboxes? Even though it is obvious, every time I see: Road? No - it implies that there could be a Water structure that require road.
(If in the future they added a Beach structure that requires road - which is technically possible - we can review).

Yeah, for Water structures it might indeed not make that much sense to have the 'No Road' category and the 'Road? No' row in the infobox. Also for Beach structures it seems rather obvious they do not need road, although as you say it would be technically possible. For the rest, great job on all the categorization, restructuring, adding pictures, etc you have done over the last few days!
