'Halloween' event is an event that started on October 30, 2013, and lasts for 7 days. During this event you have to collect from, build or upgrade certain structures to earn points, which you can in turn exchange for other rewards.

Tap on an undead 
for 1 energy zap each => 19 with 100% drop rate
Kill a vampire 
=> 500 with 100% drop rate
Collect income from a Bungalow => 2 with 70% drop rate
Collect income from a Café => 11 with 100% drop rate
Build a Volcano Rock Concert => 7,140 with 100% drop rate
Build a Shark Attraction => 11,200 with 100% drop rate
Build a Galaxy restaurant => 2,840 with 100% drop rate
Demolish an Oak => 150 with 100% drop rate
Buying Points: 3€ => 426

Event Analysis[]
This analysis assumes you do not waste any time during the event (exactly how, is up to you). If you succeed in doing so, these are the maximum number of you can collect:
- Zapping Undeads: 168 hours * 25 zaps every 1.25 hours * 19 * 100% = 63,840
- or Zapping Vampires: (168*25/1.25) / (3x10) * 500 = 56,000
I noticed that when you enter the game again, if many Undeads appear at the same time, there is a Vampire somewhere behind. If not Undeads appear one by one.
Vampire can appear in every 30 mins, and only once at a time.
As you need more than 25 energy zaps to kill one, you need to standed-by your game till you get enough energy zaps, using Awards button for example, but DON'T use Friends button or DO NOT exit the game during this process otherwise the Vampire will disappear before to be completely killed.
Killing Vampires is then less efficient to get but killing them offers you some other gifts like Pearls or Rings. Your choice.
- Collecting income from Bungalows every 42 minutes gives a maximum of 168 hours / 0.7 hours * 15 buildings * 2 points * 70% = 5,040
- Collecting income from Cafés every 225 minutes gives a maximum of 168 hours / 3.75 hours * 20 buildings max * 11 points * 100% = 9,856
- Build a Volcano Rock Concert = 7,140
- Build a Shark Attraction = 11,200
- Build a Galaxy restaurant = 2,840
- Demolish an Oak = 150
