The Administrative Building is one of the most important buildings on your Island. Although it just sits there, does not generate income, and can not be replaced or relocated, without it your Island would be deserted. The Administrative Building hires employees for the other buildings to make use of (effectively making it an employment agency), and hence it is the heart of a vibrant Island.

Both halves of the island have their own Administrative Building. The workers they hire are cumulative. The Administrative Building on the old part of the island grows in size at Upgrade Levels 20, 40 and 60. The Administrative Building on the new part of the island is not yet implemented (as of Version 2.0.13).  Eventually the second admin building will be available when you buy the land region it resides in. It is just a ruin at first, but will eventually be repairable into its old stature.
